Organization of B2B Meetings and Mentoring - International University of Greece

The eMT Institute of Development undertook on behalf of the International University of Greece the following: 1. Organization of B2B Events, and 2. Demonstration of educational methods dedicated to supporting innovative business ideas (coaching and mentoring services), within the framework of the project "Greek Bulgarian Business Partnership by Assistance, Services, Solutions to Promote Open Regions Team (GR BG BUSINESS PASSPORT)."

Regarding the organization of B2B meetings and mentoring, the obligations of the Institute include the following:

Proposal and Layout of Spaces for Meeting Activities according to the number of participants (rooms for 20-30 people) for each working day.
Provision of audio equipment (microphone installations, etc.), presentation equipment (video projector, screen/projection screen, laptop, etc.), as well as other technical equipment (e.g., flip charts, cardboard, post-its, markers, etc.).
Arrangement for English translation services.
Arrangement for two daily coffee breaks for 20-30 people, which will include coffee, tea, bottled water (natural and mineral), juices, and three types of snacks.
Arrangement for one lunch break for 20-30 people daily, which will include bottled water (natural and mineral), soft drinks, three cold dishes, salads, side dishes, fruits, and desserts.
